The safety and well-being of our valued customers is our top priority. In order to maintain and sustain a safe and enjoyable environment for children and parents, we ensure a safe environment by:
*training all staff in First Aid and emergency procedures
*equipped with first aid material
*carefully select safe toys, props, and craft materials
*secure each class, party and special events program with at least two adults
Impeccable hygiene further enforces a safe environment. We practice and encourage good hygiene by:
*Adventure Leader's practice recommended hand washing techniques
*equipped with disinfectant wipes and lotion for customers and staff
*sterilize toys and props (fabric and plastic) weekly or daily if necessary
*immediately remove a toy or prop that has been exposed to saliva, mucus
(sneeze) or other infectious germs
*maintain inventory levels of props and toys enough so that children are not
exposed to a previous group (for example: we do not redistribute bandanas if
they have been worn on a child's head until the bandana has been washed)
